Been painting gnoblars, now have 24 painted (finished 6 today), might try to assemble the scraplauncher, but I think I'll wait until I have a quiet day off (so I can turn it into a rather loud day off, filled with screams and swearwords).

When you've built the scraplauncher you can build Oshova's if you like which has been sitting around the hobby room, sprayed black, for 2 years or more waiting for one of us to have the patience to put it together!

I'll happily make it, if I can keep it!!!

If you want to sell it, I might be interested. 

It'll get built at some point - just need to get Oshova away from PC games/XBox/DVD heaven between now and Uni (him not me)

Got back from a week at the coast this morning, stayed in the family holiday home which is right next to the beech. The weather was great. Looking out the window now at home its spitting

Just 20% but there were a few things I wanted for Menoth and I fancied a thing each for Skorne and Legion to make them into more balanced "fieldable" armies.  Fun fun fun.

Yeah, 20% across the board Gary mentioned you were up there Kenton, I think you must have made an impression I've reinforced my Menites to bring them closer to battle-worthiness. I can now field full Zealots with a Monolith and my unit of Idrians gained a unit attachment. I also got the Piper of Menoth, an Exemplar Seneschal to go with my two units of Exemplars, an Allegiant of the Fist and the Testament of Menoth (not that Kenton's made any impression on me at all... ).

Spent a lot of time talking Malifaux with Jo-Anne and nattering with the Mantic guys. They look like an interesting range to watch if you have any desire to play massed battle games at a reasonable price. The minis are nice too.

Currently considering sculpting additions to Hasslefree's Osato to make a second Allegiant

Started to put together the malifaux stuff i picked up yesterday, only to find the cards for the mature neph and Lilith
not in there packs. sent a email to mealstrom to see if they can help but heyho.

which is exactly what happened. arrived the following day and made me late for work after i underestimated how long it would take to install.

superb game though and great to have a machine that can run it at top specs without a judder.


modelling wise is on official halt for 10 days because im off to france for my hols. first holiday in 3 years i can't wait.

plus i was the Best Man at a surprise wedding; my Bestist Best Mate has had "a BBQ and Going-Away Party" (he's in the Navy) planned for a while. turns out before the BBQ they tied the knot!

also painted a couplea Silurid, so only gots 1 more and Bad Juju to paint nd my whole Malifaux collection is painted... just in time with the new boxes on sale next week

part way through painting my lady justice crew , gotta love the Death marshalls although they are getting the all black look . also have got most of my cryx made and primed just deciding wether to go NMM or metallics on them and how to start putting the deathjack together ....he really is a beast of a build and a horror statwise . I also have to look at my withershadow combine with their little spindly arms that are going to be murder to pin (remembers varsym). I'd like to think that I'm going to get some gaming in sometime soon too

I found with my Deathjack that once I'd got the legs attached to the waist the rest just fell into place. I couldn't get the legs in a suitable position so I ended up just adding them where they went and then adding a piece of scenery to the base so its leg wasn't in the air.

The shoulders and waist don't seem to need pinning, though the hands really do. It managed to survive a 6ft drop from the shelf with only the loss of its unpinned collar so it seems strong enough.

Well, you know... You could get onto the Maelstrom Events forum and sign up for Jo's Malifaux day on 20th November ;-) that'd get you a day of Malifaux games :-)

I feel your pain with the Cryx stuff, I've been macerating my hands pinning Menites and Trolls for the last two weeks... At least we don't have such spindly bits though!

Today I've mostly been fixing the bike ready for an MOT. Fingers crossed...

the way i read it with the FAQ is that once the Voodoo Doll casts Conduit on a target, at the Start Closing Phase you add 2 Poisopn Counters to the target. at their next activation, they take 2Wd then remove 1 counter 

as to the Maelstrom Forums, i keep meaning to sign up.. but y'know, never actually get around to it 
will be coming up for a visit somewhen around the 20th (that saturday)
